IN MEMORY OF JUDI BYERS

Judi Byers

December 31, 1944 - October 6, 2008

I would like to dedicate this page to my friend and mentor, Judi Byers.

There aren't too many people in the world that you cross paths with during a lifetime that you can say actually changed your life for the better. In fact, most of us can count those people on one or two hands. For me, Judi Byers was one of those people in my life.

I met Judi for the first time at the animal communication workshop she taught in February 2004. The skills that I learned from her during that workshop opened the door to my gift to communicate with animals. I was of course amazed and surprised to learn that I had this gift because, until then, I had no idea that I could communicate with animals.

Judi was a wonderful teacher and mentor to many that knew her over the 30+ years that she was an animal communicator and healer. She was always available for anyone that asked her for help. She helped the animals in a very special way both with being able to communicate with them and through the energy work that she did for them. The world has lost a very special person, but she will remain in the hearts and minds of all that were fortunate enough to have met her.

One of Judi's favorites:

One evening an old Cherokee told his grandson about a battle that goes on inside people. He said, "My son, that battle is between two 'wolves' inside us all. One is Evil. It is anger, envy, jealousy, sorrow, regret, greed, arrogance, self-pity, guilt, resentment, inferiority, lies, false pride, superiority and ego. The other is Good. It is joy, peace, love, hope, serenity, humility, kindness, benevolence, empathy, generosity, truth, compassion and faith." The grandson thought about it for a minute and then asked his grandfather, "Which wolf wins?" The grandfather simply replied, "The one you feed."
